Neban The Silent is a very powerful EITC boss. He uses a dagger; He has double boss HP, so even level 50 pirates must be carefull battling him; He is seen level from levels 28 to 35.
- Neban is known for giving a few handy Legendaries such as Silver Freeze and/or The Lost Sword of El Patron, many find some amazing famed from him also.
- Although his name has the word "Silent" in it, there is almost no signs to show Neban is mute. (Speach impared.)
